Q. Is there a number that I can speak with someone?
A. Although we are an online store,we are human! There is a number that you may use to contact us. That number is 646-772-8660. Please note this telephone number MAY NOT be used to make orders, rather it is for questions only. We also DO NOT accept orders by fax.

Q. Is this site secure?
A. Absolutey! We do not collect personal information on our site. No sales person will accept a telephone or email order.

Q.  What if I am new at making purchases on the internet?
A.  Our site is a pretty simple process. You have an option of searching for the product you would like to purchase, and once you click the object a new page shows up. On the new page, with only the product, you have the options to "add to wish list" or to "add to shopping cart". The option "add to shopping cart" allows you to buy the object or to continue shopping. Once you arrive at the shopping cart page , you secure page will ask for your personal information. The credit information that you input we DO NOT have access to. We do access to your shipping and email information to send you the package. The option of "add to wishlist" allows you to create a list of things you would to buy later.  The wishlist will be there when you want it. You see it once you enter your email address and the password that you created.

Q.How long will it take for my order to arrive ?
A.Orders are shipped out within 72 hours, if it is tandard ground shipping. You may choose rush delievery when you make your order.

Q.Let's say I like a product very much and I really want o rder it, how do I know if a product is available ?
A.When you place your order, you will have a real time answer to it's availability. If it's out of stock the item will be removed immediately, and let you know immediately that it is not in stock

Q. What type of payment do you accept?
A.We curently accept payments through Pay Pal only. We are looking at other methods as well. We will never ask for your credit and personal information.

Q.Do you share any of my personal information?
A.Absolutely not. We hate spam as much as you! We do however, send periodic emails updating our customers of new products or events.

Q.Do you ship outside the United States?

Q.Can I ship the order to another address other than the address I used with my credit card?
A.No, one of the measures we use for security is to only ship to a matching credit card address.

Q.Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
A.No, not at this time. We currently ship ONLY to a physical address.
 
Q.Do you accept quantity or bulk orders?
A.Yes, there is no bulk or quantity order limit. We curently are selling to sotre and organizations as well as individuals. There is a special discount that can applied to this type of purchase (bulk/quantity orders), please contact sales@kolbo.net with the details of what the order will be, and we will be happy to answer any questions, and give you a price quote and a discount code. After that you will be sent back to our site, to make the actual purchase via Pay Pal.

Q.Can I share the coupon code with friends and family?
A.Yes, you can

Q.Do you send me emails asking for my account number or password?
A.Absolutely not, if you recieve such an email please forward it to abuse@kolbogift.com, don't open the email, and delete the email immediately.
